Hi all,

I'm looking for some good metalcore/scenecore/glamcore similar to Asking Alexandria, Black Veil Brides, and As I Lay Crying. My friends and I need some nice, angst ridden music to fill our teenage bodies with contempt for anyone not following the -core ways. I have recently tried listening to Pierce The Veil, but figured they were too soft for my taste, as the leads voice makes him sound like a girl. Since there are no girls in the metal industry, and the fact that the lead sounds like one, makes him an undesirable singer. I want something that would make people at the mall go "wow, he's so metal, and his hair is so kawaii!" as I flip my purple-blue colored hair and prance around in skinny jeans and let my gauges hang lower than your grandmas chi-chis. I would prefer nothing with really harsh vocals though, as can't stand those "metal" posers who claim my bands are for pussies!

I used to listen to Burzum and Mayhem because nobody else listened to them. I never actually liked them as they sounded icky and their guitars and other instruments didn't feel Pop enough, but figured people would respect my distinct musical taste for the undiscovered artists of the music industry, but once everyone started to like them I quickly stopped associating myself with them.

Anyways, back on topic. Would anyone be so kind enough to recommend me some good ole metal akin to clay (Get it, Clay Aikin? huh? huh? i'm so random! spork! ^.^) and the bands I listed above??

In all seriousness and immaturity aside, the only DECENT -core bands I know of are, well....I'll get back to you on that.
