yeah so here in Sweden there is a metal show. I will go there. But I can’t make up my mind on what bands I should see. Here is a list of the bands:

AMORPHIS

GRAND NATION
KATATONIA
MAIDEN NORWAY
MISERATION
MAYHEM
NAGLFAR
TANKARD
ZONARIA

Since I can only be there 1 day I might not see so many bands.

So which band is the most important to see of these?

Since you love black metal, go for Aura Noir, Naglfar...and possibly Mayhem, but I heard they suck balls live. Tankard are also a fun band to rock out to with your beer and friends.

Apparently Katatonia aren't very interesting live, though I haven't seen them, so I don't know, I'm just going from what I've heard.

Most important would be Naglar.

I haven't been fortunate enough to see any of these bands, but I have seen a few live sets of Mayhem on the net and the vast majority of them seem to be poor performances therefore should be least important to see them.

To see Amorphis would be a bonus, but your username suggests that you hold higher importance towards black metal acts.
