ANTHRAX will headline the third annual Metal Alliance Tour, set to kick off in March and run through the month of April. The band will perform its fan-favorite 1987 album "Among The Living" in its entirety during the trek, which will feature support from EXODUS, MUNICIPAL WASTE, HOLY GRAIL and a couple of additional bands, to be announced at a later date.

"ANTHRAX has always been one of my favorite bands, and to have them be part of our tour is beyond expression. This is surely going to be one for the history books!" states tour co-organizer Dan Rozenblum.

Adds ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian: "Holy crap am I so excited about this year's Metal Alliance Tour!

"It's been a great year and a half for us since 'Worship Music' came out and to cap it off with a Grammy nomination.

"This is such a perfect lineup. To make this tour even more special, we will be playing our 'Among The Living' record in its entirety. I can't wait to play 'Horror Of It All'!

"Come on out and worship with us, my friends. You do not want to miss this. USA on Hell one more time."

I'm curious to see what the other bands will be, are there any rumors floating around as to who else will be touring? Metal Alliance hinted they'd stick closer to diversifying the band list like on other tours, which personally sounds lame to me. They've got so many thrash bands at this point I feel like tossing a couple more genre related bands High on Fire, 3 Inches of Blood, Gates of Slumber, Saviours, The Sword maybe, or like Toxic Holocaust and Ghoul. Instead we'll get, almost guaranteed, Skeletonwitch, probably some Suicide Silence or White Chapel related groups. I think it's great thrash is getting much deserved attention, and shows are being geared at more traditional metal fans

Great tour, even with the two shitty openers.

Thing is, Suicide Silence actually are more sonically massive than a good 95% of all the death metal bands in the Archives! Not metal, sure, but definitely a lot more brutal.

See you guys at the Seattle show! That's the weeken I go on Spring Break, so there's a very high chance of me being at this show and the Blackguard show 3 days later, since I usually go to Seattle during breaks.

So the New England Metal and Hardcore festival lineup says that Anthrax's set there will be Among the Living in its entirety.

All of my YES.

Yeah, I don't understand why they got grouped with these bands.

I'm probably gonna go, as it will be my first Exodus show, and band I'm wondering what would be like live.

This looks sick! I will hopefully be attending the show in Cleveland! I know all the guys in Holy Grail. And they are good people, and a great band! The new album totally slays!

I'm excited that Anthrax is playing 'Among The Living' in it's entirety. That's an album I really played the hell out of back when it came out. Exodus is always excellent. I don't know what to expect from Municipal Waste or the other bands. I'll be attending the Portland show.

High On Fire seems like an odd choice indeed but I've seen them a couple of times and they've been excellent. Can't wait for this tour. I'd bet money that last riff from A.D.I. will be the highlight of the night.
