I wonder what you Enmity haters would think of Arsedestroyer or Sete Star Sept.

I actually like sete star sept, because you can actually here what is going on unlike what is going on in arsedestroyer. Emnity still sucks though.

Way ahead of you. I only listen to the sounds infants make while inside a meatgrinder autotuned to twelve-tone industrial brostep. They sold out with their first album though.

Running low on water on the plateau of Gorgoroth wouldn't have been a problem.

Y'all so mainstream - all of my albums are going to be limited to 1 copy. Instead of mainstream activities such as instruments or a recording process, I'm going to manually carve the grooves onto vinyl LP with a special lathe.

Do not sully the good name of grindcore by insinuating that band is playing anything even remotely close to it.

Actually, I was referring to that laughable fuck with the DT shirt from the video. I do like a bit of grindcore though. Repulsion = :headbang:

While it sucks that the ex-Nile bassist got caught with nearly 3000 gram of weed, it doesn't look like he'll be going to jail for much more than a year.

What really made that guy extra lame is that he tries to present himself as some sort of super knowledgeable metalhead, but he lumps brutal death metal/slam, grindcore and deathcore all together. When in reality, all those genres were formed at different times/places in metal history and really have nothing to do with each other for the most part.

Also, if you can't handle Emnity, fuck off! Only fans of REAL MUSIC are cultured enough to appreciate them. :p

The song sample sounds pretty cool, not amazing by any means, but seems like it should be a fun album.

Just a question in terms of shipping rates and fees. Anyone willing to tell me what they think a suitable shipping price is for CDs/tapes? Ive realised I'm beginning to lose money to Canada Shitty Post.

Canada Post must be the slowest shit ever. I usually spend about 5 bucks shipping one CD to the US. Last time I mailed something was two CDs to Germany. Ran me 7 bucks, though I don't remember if I kept the jewel cases or not.

That's cool. I think I really like Jason, and he's easily the most likeable LIVING guy who ever played in Metallica. He deserves to have a band named after him. One can't really tell much from the short sample and in itself it doesn't sound that interesting to me. Hopefully the whole thing is more substantial, or at least fun.

I just spent about 6 bucks shipping out a copy of Iron Maiden. For fuck's sake, Canada Post.

Yeah man, Canada post is ridiculously pricey, definitely make sure you price your stuff accordingly or you're gonna lose dough every time.

It only cost me a dollar and change to send a letter and a patch ~300 miles to Quebec!

It was good, but still not even close to the best gigs I've seen by them. The new song had an extremely heavy riff or two, and a melodic break between them. The heavy section could well have been off the Karelian Isthmus, and my brother thought that it may have been written by Joutsen, who, incidentally, plays guitar on one of the best self-released DM EPs I own, Corpse Molester Cult's S/T. If that song is anything to judge by, the new album might finally break the Eclipse formula.

Me happy. Also, I had some pretty damn good cow liver with baked artichoke root and bacon, 'twas heavenly.

Really, how brilliant an album is Countess' debut, "The Gospel of the Horned One"? Actually, not very much. It's a work of pure, ingenious, absolutely inept audacity, unspoilt by even a single grain of craftsmanship, the venture to record the Worst Possible Black Metal Album™; but oh, the abundance of drunk-as-a-lord passion.

A C-30 means thirty minutes total, froggeh, so fifteen minutes per side (or so; always make sure to leave a few minutes extra than you think you'll need for each side, just in case).

hehe. I'm finishing up the harsher second side, then if it sells well, I'll print the second group.

Gargoyle is delightful. I listened to Furebumi and Kisho in the car today on my various long rides and they were both awesome...I think I'm getting a better understanding of these guys. Great hooky, energized guitars and cool vocals plus songwriting that is upbeat and surprising, despite the band not really changing up their style much even over 20 years. Cool stuff. I look forward to hearing even more.

What the hell were the best gigs you've seen of theirs then?! Damn, the new song sounds intriguing, been hoping they'd try branching out a bit more, and thankfully in a heavier direction.

And hell yes, the Corpse Molester Cult demo rules.
