Phil Swanson on vocals(Hour Of 13, Vestal Claret, Seamount) with Fred Melillo on bass (who played in American epic traditional heavy metal band LEGEND) Hailing from New Haven CT, the band formed in 1978. They recorded and released a single album on the record label Matrix called “From the Fjords” (1979). Which now is a rare and highly collectiable in it's original pressing.
