Last time I did this shit I managed to pump out quite a few before I got completely swamped and had to abandon the project. I'm currently writing a pretty heavy paper, and I'm in dire need of some good old procrastination. Again, I will have to prioritize "real" bands that actually got something recorded. Also, please be patient, this is something I'm doing out of boredom mostly, and I'm not charging anything. I will however accept paypal donations for beer and records. I'm too lazy to dig up the old thread, you can do that yourselves. But here's some recent work so you can get a general idea. I'll try doing most of them by hand, so it might take a while.

Just hit me up with an idea/inspiration and tell me something about what you sound like and I'll get going.

Yea that's some top notch work. If I have something new coming up i just might have to drop you a line. And that's unusual for me cause I handle all the logos of my own bands.

They remind me of the first Mayhem and Slayer mag logos. Are you the guy who designed them by any chance? haha

Great stuff

Haha thanks. But that would be Necrobutcher and (I think) Arne Babb. I am neither of those.

Some new shit. I'm still getting used to doing these by hand, and the pics/scans might look a bit botchy.

Very good looking logos! Are you able to make them with transparent background?

I'm afraid not. I can only deliver the design itself. I'll leave the all the digital editing shit to someone else.

Emailed you:)

@Ilwhyan - you can get rid of background by using Paint.NET with plugin called "Black and alpha+ v1.1"

I have access to better tools, actually. I merely though that it would be simplest if the artist himself can do it. ;)

Is there any way you could explain the process of drawing the logo on paper then importing it to a program? I have a logo but I don't know how to crop out the logo so I could add effects. Thanks.

just read a photoshop tutorial or something. Unfortunately(for you guys) I haven't bothered getting photoshop on my new computer yet, so for now i'm just usting some rough free version online called pixlr.

As for the logos themselves, I simply just draw them on paper and take a photo of it. Never use flash though, try setting it up with long shuttertime and stuch, and put it on a tripod or table, and use a timer.

For anyone who has sendt requests I can assure you I'm not ignoring you. But I've been busy and this takes time. I'll try to get some up by the end of the week.

Especially the first one you posted is quite fantastic. The band needs a shorter name, though. The fifth one is one I quite like, aswell.

Norwegians always have everything...

Great work you have there.
I'll be sure to get one from you if I have the money and an actual band.

Hey, I have a project called Tuguy ha Jerovu, it plays heavily Guarani-influenced music (the Guaranis are an Indian folk in Latin America), but it's centred in raw/ambient black metal. I have no idea what to do, let your imagination flow. :)
