I played some random drum patttern improvisations and then went to the guitar and bass and ended up with some death metal songs basically...

I wasn't expecting much when you said "improvised", but that was fucking awesome. The riffs are brooding, and the guitar tone has got a nice, old school feel to it.
My only critique is that the vocals could be a little louder, and a little more powerful; the instrumental is great, though.

Well, the vocals are the weak part of it all obviously but I'm just not a singer... But I think it's okay anyway!!

Yeah, this is pretty good. I dig the thrashy, high speed old school death metal vibe of it. I would listen to a full length in this style.

Now I have another guy interested in doing vocals, so they wont be as blurry, just generally better!!
