No genre in particular but I'm just trying to locate some insane chaotic sounds. I'll throw a few things out there to give you an idea.

Nyogthaeblisz - The Abysmal Wargaot
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuAsOcDI ... re=related

Blasphemophagher - Fleshripping Terrordeath
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw8fPiNXMts

Damaar - Preaching for Mass Suicide

Nails - Unsilent Death
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xE_FydqZuJI

Deiphago - Christ Eater
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgvEi21OVPg

Early SWANS work especially Public Castration is a Good Idea and especially Stupid Child.

Hope that gives you guys a decent idea of what I'm aiming at.

Ah yess I'm familiar wit Last Days of Humanity and Arsedestroyer already, and the Gore Beyond Necropsy was the closest to what I was looking for. NOISM reminded me of Drumcorps album Grist which I'm also a big fan of.

You may be interested in SYL. Haven't quite split my ears yet, but my head can take quite a while to recover from them.

Ooh, I'll definitely be following this thread.

- - -

There's a couple different areas of sound I'd recommend checking out, the first being some of the works from the black metal/industrial/dark ambient/noise niche.

One of the most chaotic and heaviest metal album's I've ever come across is The Axis of Perdition's first album:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_095Z9RSf4

Also with them, the ending to Heaving Salvation in the Paradise of Rust from their EP is easily the heaviest/most chaotic thing I've ever heard within black metal, but the first 7-8 minutes of the song is doom-y dark ambient, so definitely look into that if you're interested.

After that is the more black metal works by Gnaw Their Tongues (all of GTT stuff is pretty dark and chaotic, but much of it is more dark ambient based so I don't know if it's something you're looking for), and pretty much everything by De Magia Veterum:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZLrwNjAddM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRf13BIJ ... r_embedded

Another one to check out in this area is Nivathe, which while doomy in parts, is just fantastically brutal and chaotic in many others:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cbay7Pz0 ... ure=relmfu

If you liked Axis's first album mentioned up above, also check out Anaal Nathrakh's Codex Necro:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cfskAGScbA

- - -

After this is some of the super-heavy Swans influenced stuff that has come about recently.

First, P.H.O.B.O.S.'s first two albums:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cq3WRQ0vV8

And Halo, if you're ok with something very slow:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FTCtbp0 ... ure=relmfu

- - -

Up next, I don't know if you are interested in the harsh noise genre or not, but if you are it's easily some of the heaviest and most chaotic music out there. Here's some of my favorites:
Merzbow: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDsQshrj ... re=related
C.C.C.C.: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q7nG-wWw86g
Guilty Connector: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... qALIEWRCYg

And finally, there is my favorite artist of all time: Keiji Haino.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztgUchXPxwM, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YM1EAJ7gXrw, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCJG1zK- ... re=related, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v78Zeq9IctA, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTmBbJ1Z ... re=related

- - -

Hope you enjoy some of this!

Internal Suffering.

Some of you might dismiss them based on the fact they play brutal death metal. However, its perhaps some the most frenzied, and utterly spastic stuff the genre has ever produced. Their latest full-length is essentially an amalgam of early Kataklysm, a pinch of Malignancy, and some grindcore.

Circle of Dead Children would be worth checking out, expecially the Genocide Machine album, savage and chaotic death grind with some elements of harsh noise creeping in.

Hey guys TONS of great recs here! I'm already familiar with some of these, Anaal Nathrakh, Last Days Of Humanity, Arsedestroyer, Circle of Dead Children etc.. are along the lines of what I'm into. Some stuff I was reaalllyy pleased with was Black Arrows of Filth and Impurity, Harry Pussy, Nivathe, and Keiji Haino. I'll throw out a couple more links to contribute. On top of just being aggressive I enjoy bands with irregularity/odd sounds thrown in there as well. I saw someone mention Psyopus up there so here's a couple more things to think about.

Daughters - Recorded Inside a Pyramid
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0ioNQoAPc8

The Sawtooth Grin - Give Me the Amulet You Bitch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qCTtshA5Qg

Robinson - The Great City : Of Peril
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgOpaKvVA-w

Not really as aggressive but still I LOVE these guys and if I mention Daughters..
Arab on Radar - Birth Control Blues
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tbq0JKt01is

Sutekh Hexen - Equinox
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFSGdtj7VXw

Kazumoto Endo - Night Falls on Ikebukuro
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yKrm5Gfplw

Keep it up guys!

You could try Dark Tribe from Germany http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pfn4mzwuLE pretty intense black metal as far as I'm concerned.

Since you like LDOH you should definitely check out Dead Infection if you're not already familiar. I'd recommend anything from the Start Human Slaughter Demo through A Chapter of Accidents though the World Full of Remains demo is probably my favorite.

http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Dead_Infection/2314

Super Fun Happy Slide would also be worth a look. Check out their "The Undislodgable Nugget Scenario" album.

Sete Star Sept and Napalm Death is Dead from Japan are some crazy Noisecore.

You probably won't like it since it is more punk but Sore Throat's Disgrace to the Corpse of Sid is really intense. Blast beats, completely indecipherable bass/guitars and crazy vocals.

Revenge from Canada is also very chaotic and crazy sounding.

Seconding the SSS, NDID, and Sore Throat recs above. Probably not exactly what the OP is looking for but earsplitting chaos it certainly is. Shit, if you look up earsplitting chaos in the dictionary Sore Throat is likely the first entry.

You can't mention chaos and not mention Hello Kitty Suicide Club. That's some funny shit! Also, on a more serious note, try these:

Bleeding Spleen - I fucking love this guy, listen to "Unhallowed sadistic cult of evil thoughts".

Massemord

Eternal Majesty

Mumakil

My Cross To Bare

Rectal Smegma

EDIT: Oh, and how can I forget L'Acephale? Definitely check them out!
