I Would like to know why this band isn't in the archives. They are MORE METAL than metalcore/deathcore bands.

They sound metal enough to me and aren't blacklisted. So as Alhadis said, it's probably the lack of a physical release. Once they do have something out on a physical medium, simply submit them to the queue with the necessary evidence.
