How do i attatch images to a reply?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, i'm new to this forum and i'm wondering how do i attatch images to a reply?

I see the little 'Img' button, but i'm not quite sure what to do after i click that.

Click the quote button on my post to see how I did it, it's simple, you highlight the url and click the Img button ahead. Don't link huge pictures though.
