I love atmospheric stuff. I am a total junkie for atmospheric stuff. Especially great are calm, soothing intermissions within songs.
The intermission in Marionette's The Lie remains one of my favorite moments in any song ever with it's great use of atmospheric synth and calm acoustic guitars.
And I want more.

If you know any songs that has this or bands in general that have a knack for using this type of thing, please share.

I quite like this one in Grand Magus' album Wolf's Return. Full of ambience and funky foreign instruments. Jarnbord - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOmLIeA9eKU

Atmospheric interludes are really too common for me to remember, that's the only one that sticks out in my memory at the moment. I agree that they add tons to the feel and flow of an album. Need some nice slow bits for contrast, can't just have brutal nonstop thrashing for 50 minutes.

I suppose 1349's Demonoir counts. There's are ambient tracks called Tunnel I-VII in between each song.

Unless you mean within actual songs. In which case you may like The Scarecrow by Avantasia:

I definitely know more that I like but they're not coming to me right now, unless Entombed's Left Hand Path counts (the brief intermission with the Phantasm theme).
