I've only been waiting about 2 months so I'm not too anxious for it. I'm reading crime and punishment atm, but since getting back to uni just over three weeks ago I haven't even picked it up. Shame as I was enjoying it.

So what the hell. This seller refunded me 4.73 dollars of a 12 dollar CD. I requested my money, he insists he gave it to me. I mentioned I checked my bank account and discovered the partial refund. He says to check paypal. Ultimately if the money isn't in my bank account I didn't receive it. The rest of the money was ebay bucks I had saved. So now this asshole is getting away with my ebay bucks and i'm really confused and aggrivated.

It was a 7 H. Target CD I ordered from the seller who later messaged back saying he didn't have the CD. He even had the audacity to offer me 7 H. Target's previous EP in exchange for the money without just immediately giving me a refund and after all that I don't even get a full refund.

Yeah I had an ebay voucher ages back for £5 I bought a massive attack CD with. CD never arrived, but according to ebay vouchers are non refundable, or some kind of bullshit, can't remember exactly being a while ago -_- Not too bothered as it was a free voucher anyway, but damn it's bad customer service, especially if someone paid money to get you that voucher.

Well, Let's look on the bright side... oh wait, I lost 9 bucks! There is no bright side. I could have transferred the money to another purchase too. What a setback.

I just fail to see how 8.26 dollars of mine could disappear. It's got to be an error in the way ebay works.

Hey, I guess there is a bright side. I decreased the world's inflation! Fuck

Gonna get some flack for this, but I think I Hear Black is a good album. Not a great one, mind you, and certainly not one of Overkill's better ones, but a solid listen for something less thrash and more heavy/groove. Its reputation as "Overkill's only bad album" is definitely unwarranted.

Actually not... The actual goverment only cares about military and to spend money on the relationships with other countries, the funny thing is that we could use that money to have better resources here, most of the hospitals don't work because of that, and one would think that we at least have some security... It has been 14 years of the same, any other choice was better.

Private property would have helped us a lot, wich it was why I voted for that "Capitalist" alternative.

Looking over the track lengths for Aeon's new album Aeons Black, and I see that out of the 15, 4 of them are likely instrumental interludes. I'm not entirely surprised by this, but still somewhat disappointed given that they have decent titles for what could have been good songs. I'm over the pointless intro/interlude thing and have been for a while because it's nothing more than padding. If these are actual jams with some riffing going on that'd be fucking swell, but it's become the standard to just have some clean guitar noodling or keyboard/ambient nonsense that doesn't serve a purpose. I dig Aeon but come on, four of them?

Chavez won, but he did at least 2 things that would invalidate any election in a democratic country (cause Chavez's government is more a de-facto one disguised under the democracy):

-He gave bonuses in money to people 1 day prior the elections. Insane, dirty and shameful.
-He said that if he loses, he'll be commanding the army unto the streets.

With that in mind, I think it was a pretty unfair election.

Let's hope he couldn't make the arrangements to put a relative in the power after he couldn't continue like Castro did. Sadly, he's been influencing terribly to another countries, especially Bolivia, which is also going down.

I'm with Zelkiiro. Even if you don't like the 90s groove stuff, I can't see calling Relixiv or Bloodletting "bad albums." Maybe not their best thrash, but heavy as hell and plenty of fun. And Killbox 13's right behind those two. Then again, you don't like Diamond Plate's album either, so maybe you just don't like heavy thrash.

I will agree, though, that people who think IHB is as bad as the band got really need to listen to The Killing Kind and WFO. Those are actually bad albums. Not St. Anger bad, but definitely Re-/Load bad.

The good bad albums are boring and the bad bad albums are terrible. There's no argument from me that WFO is the worst of the lot though.

That had many families really scared, including mine all houses were locked last night, just in case if he losed. People said that he was losing and that he already managed to get some of his people in the street to cause disturb, yesterday wasn't a pretty day, it was full of concern and impotence, some still say that there was fraud by the CNE... sorry if that was too messy to understand but my english isn't very good yet.

Here is Chavez saying that if "The Majunche" wins, or if anyone in the oposition dares to say there was a fraud, he would use his "Plan Che" wich is to use the army to create a civil war...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XESOEftyIVo

And here he says that he doesn't care if there is no water or electricity in the houses, if people don't have jobs, if there is insecurity, if the streets are full of holes... He just cares that people vote for him "Por la vida de la patria"

It's not surprising he won, just as Obama has a very high chance to this year. Only thing is he isn't massing the troops for a potential civil war if he looses.

I basically was complaining that the source was useless to me. I'm seriously interested in the full wording.
