Any experiences with Xtreem Music? Just ordered Demigod's "Slumber of Sullen Eyes" + Demilich's "Nespithe" from them.

Bad experience with Dunkelheit Produktionen. I ordered three cds more than a month ago, and I only got them this week, after I sent them an e-mail. And one of the albuns came with a scratch, many songs aren't played because of it.

I talked to the Dunkelheit dude, and he offered to give me another CD for free to compensate for this one, and it came pretty fast too. So in the end, it wasn't so bad.

while i haven't purchased directly from them, i can say that my morpheus descends reissue is good quality and they seem legitimate, they even link to this site.
they seem to have a 50% off sale for august too.

http://www.xtreemmusic.com/

edit: i see there is some festival they are advertising, maybe if they haven't responded to any emails etc they are just busy with that, it looks like a 3-4 day thing.

Som recommended distros:

Frenteuropa Records (Portugal)
After I placed my order here, I read some bad words about this distro. I got a little worried, but there was no reason for that.
Very friendly and answering emails, got the package after about a week after it was shipped. Well packed and got some free cds to!

Trash King Productions (USA)
Great distro, well packed and fast shipping.

Been ordering from Dave for a while without any problems. He's an easy going guy and he usually replies to all emails. And the Xtreem Series is for real, all official reissues.

Anyone had another problems with - Merchant Of Death - http://www.merchantofdeath.e-plaza.de
I pre-ordered the new Mutiilation LPs along with a load of other stuff in an order over 100 euros I noticed the other week the vinyls have changed from PRE-ORDER to IN-STOCK. I made my order in June I have sent them a couple of emails regarding my order but I never get a reply and still got nothing in the post anyone else pre-order these vinyls or ever had a problem with this label / distro?

No need to be worried about Merchant Of Death. Great label.

I have made many orders with them, and it always works fine. You will get an email when the status on your order have changed to ''shipped''.
I have pre-ordered the Mutiilation Lps myself, along with a bunch of other stuff. Have patienc, remember they have a LOT of orders to ship out now..;)

Can confirm it. Nice and helpful contact and a very professional post & packaging, not too expensive either. Wil buy again.

Has anyone tried to order from Grievantee lately? I tried to order from him for several times but every time I sent the e-mail, it returned the e-mail to me for some reason. So is there something wrong with my e-mail account or with his e-mail account?

For orders: order at grievantee dot com
Others: shatraug at grievantee dot com
or grievantee at gmail dot com

they all bounce? tried facebook or any other social network type sites?
the site says they are moving/have moved and will be 'closed' that was a while ago though.

The ordering email was the only one I tried. I'll try one more time and then I'll try to contact another email.

Wait! you're from USA and HHB is also from the same country as yours and it took you almost a month to receive the pack?
How did that happened? I ordered stuffs from them too last night and i'm from the middle east.

Anyone ordered from Methorn (http://www.methorn.de/) lately? Once I ordered from them and he was terribly slow back then. I was wondering if anyone has had this same problem with this guy? Also he did not answer to any of the e-mails I sent him.

Black Twilight/Crepsculo Negro?
I placed an order with them in July and have heard nothing from them… they won't answer my emails or throught Pay Pal.
I thought these guys had a good rep. Maybe not.

Van records are great. Got a 7" in today and the packaging would probably be efficient to survive a nuclear attack. Great stuff.

Crepsculo Negro has a pretty shit reputation, and apparently they're ceasing operations.

This happened in 2011, but it's never too late to shine a floodlight on bad distros.

Marvelio-CA on the Amazon.ca marketplace processed two of my orders last year. The first one took uncomfortably long to arrive, but at least it got here. The second one never arrived. When I asked for a refund after the projected date had already passed by over a week, I was told to wait another week and then email back, at which point they would process my refund. So I did, and when I emailed back a week later, they gave me the exact same message telling me to wait a week and then email back.

The moment I realized they were never interested in refunding me and instead just giving me the runaround, I filed a claim with Amazon. Next thing I know, these chuckleheads throw back my refund like it's a hot potato. They're a "legit" seller, but if that's what it takes to get them to show some professional integrity, I suggest doing your Amazon marketplace shopping with someplace less sleazy.

Great distro. Rapid shipping the guy usually includes a freebie as well.

Anyone dealt with Shop Shogun before? Having a really shitty time dealing with them after ordering an Integrity hoodie back on June 23rd. It supposedly shipped on August 23rd, but the tracking number they sent me gave no information when I tried to use it. I emailed them at the beginning of September asking if they had any idea what the deal was and got a reply telling me they'd see what they could find out at the post office. Now it's a month later, and I've received no replies to multiple emails I've sent in the meantime trying to find out what the deal was. As far as I know I'm out of $40.

http://www.shopshogun.com/

i haven't dealt with them but that sounds abysmal!
you ordered it on June 23rd but they only sent it on August 23rd?! and you still don't have it in October?!
and this is domestic too right?

have you tried asking them about it publicly say on their faecbook page or tweeting stuff or their guestbook etc?
have you contacted ups/usps and given them the tracking number? they could be holding it for you or there could be a problem with it [maybe plain paper wrapped and it fell to bits]
are the garments actually in stock or do they print them to order/drop ship?

they should be able to make a claim with ups/usps to recover their costs and send you a new one.
