So Rhapsody's song "Reign Of Terror" from their 2010 album Frozen Tears Of Angels has Italian lyrics in it, whispered at the start and then sung throughout the song.

LIBER SCRIPTUS
LIBER PROFERETUR
IN QUO TOTUM CONTINETUR

It sounds so epic in the song, and I'd like to know what if anything it means. A translator was no help. >.<

Sorry to not be that much help, but that is Latin, not Italian.

In this book it is written,
In this book it is foretold,
In which all is contained.
