Anyone else catch this?

I was at the Toronto show, and left extremely disappointed. Death Angel was great, and so was Testament, but when Anthrax took the stage, the sound was so horrible that it was actually painful. The bass was so loud that I could feel my face and chest vibrating, and the static coming out of the speakers made it sound more like a wall of noise than a concert. I don't know what the hell happened, but it was horrible. The band performed well, but they did screw up a part of Among The Living (which I think was more a result of the crappy sound than the band).

Tell me the rest of the tour was better.

They're playing tonight, but I decided not to go after all. I've seen Testament several times before, and Anthrax once before and I'm not the biggest Anthrax fan anyway. And the sound at the Metropolis is always too loud, especially for headliners (Accept was fine the other day but Kreator's sound was horrible, the bass was so high my feet were getting an unpleasant massage the whole time) so they'll probably have the same problems as you did. :nono:

Kreator's sound was absolutely terrible here too, I doubt it's the venue's fault. And I caught this about a year ago and it was killer, anyone who has the chance should totally go.
