Is there an equivalent to the lps protective sleeves for cd cases ?

I travel a lot and I hate damaging my cases.

Thank you.

These are top quality ones, you can find similar ones on ebay cheaper but these ones don't scratch the cases like some of the ones on ebay can:

If you meant sleeves to prevent the cd itself from being scratched they also have cd inner sleeves which do not scratch the cds at all like many similar ones do:

Don't use cd binders like the one in the previous post those are deathtraps for cds they cause tons of scratches to them if you aren't careful.

At the risk of going way off topic, why would you even bring your CD's with you in this day and age?

It just seems way more practical (and good for your discs) to make lossless rips of them and copy them to CD-r's... that's what I do these days, anyhow... and, if you are not careless with CD-r's, even those can and will last a long time, so you don't even have to re-burn them very often unless you just throw them around in your car like I do.
