Thanks, Dreadmeat and Zodijackyl. I can imagine the setlist, it sounds very good. I want to see them in concert, that's gonna be a killer show.

I'm going to do everything in my power to make it to that Philadelphia show. I must see Grave and Dark Funeral before I die. Morbid Angel is a bonus.

NO. Just wait to see them live and get your ass kicked thru and thru. You might hate Illud and be indiferent to Heretic, but they're still flawless live and the setlist it's largely based on Altars and Covenant, which can never be a bad thing.

Once again, Milwaukee is skipped out on. I'll have to go the one in either Cleaveland or Toronto, although it will likely be Toronto.

I'll be at the Philly or NY show. I've never seen MA and I missed my chance in 2006. I am sure they will be disappointing as hell, but this is something to look forward to anyway.

If anyone is planning on going to the Cleveland show, I have tickets for sale. My band is opening this show so I'm trying to get as many sold as possible.

Decided that I'm going to skip the NYC show in favor of some more local shows. I've seen a few sets of their classic stuff and I want to see Radikult and I Am Morbid :(

Morbid Angel put on a helluva show. Flawless performance and it was mostly old songs with just two from the new album, but they were some of the better ones from that. Dark Funeral and Grave also kicked a lot of ass.

Seconding this. They had more energy than most bands half their age do.

My only complaints, being the harsh critic that I am:

They played two from the new album (Nevermore, I am Morbid) and Where the Slime Live; other than that, it was only classics from A (Immortal Rites, Maze of Torment) and C (Angel of Disease, Sworn to the Black), and even one from B (Fall from Grace). There was also a F song in there.

While Destructhor's riffing was perfect, his solos were all just generic shredding. I understand that Trey's style is hard to imitate, but whenever it was his turn I turned my attention back to the riffs.

Taken as a whole, though, this was one of the best shows I've ever seen.

I might make it out to Anaheim for this. We'll see what happens; it's a Sunday and I live three hours away so who knows.

The show was ok.... Grave and Dark Funeral stole the show! Man! Dark Funeral are amazing live! They know how to stay in character and put on one hell of a show! Grave kicked ass also! They had a lot of energy on stage, and they kicked Morbid Angels asses! I thought Morbid Angel put on a so-so and somewhat boring show. I watched it live in Cleveland and I am dissapointed! They hardly had any real energy while playing the songs. The guitarists in the band each stayed in their own areas and didnt move around or even acknowledge the audience at all. The lead vocalist/bassist was up their on stage with a chip on his shoulder as he would swing his head from side-to-side in a half taunting half assed headbang. David Vincent has a huge ego like he is Zakk Wylde on stage, and bored me so much that I left after 45 min of watching their half assed set!

Last night's show fucking ruled. I don't even care that Morbid Angel didn't go to the St. Louis show, Grave and Morbid Angel absolutely KILLED. The new vocalist for Dark Funeral was pretty badass, he knew his shit and obviously had a good stage appearance. They had a hell of a setlist too, some of my favorite songs.
The only part of the night that sucked was my two friends getting kicked out for getting underage people drinks. I felt guilty as fuck since I also drank thanks to them, but stayed.
Fuck the venue.
