Also, maybe Skarp floats your boat?

EDIT: 2 Skarp songs I wanted to share, but couldn't find on YT, so I've uploaded them now:

Also, you may enjoy Ballast.

They aren't really the same variety of Hardcore in influence, but their style fits in pretty well with the "emotive"/late 90's post-hardcore sound, same as Skarp...

The song "Believe" is, to me, a better example of this style I've described, but it's not on YT anymore, and I am too lazy to upload more.

Possibly Amia Venera Landscape? They're more post-hardcore mixed with ambient, but they have some really sludgy and doom moments. Regardless, I'd urge you to check them out as they are an absolutely phenomenal band.

Disregard. My brain is seriously fried. Too much wineandherb last night... Somehow I started making associations to music based on the Skarp recommendation, because they are a little like Ballast, but Ballast isn't really a Sludgy band... seriously, I am out of it today, folks.

Still a good band anyway.

Breach might work for you. Particularly 'It's Me God' and 'Venom'; their last album has more of that atmospheric post-whatever thing going for it, and their first is more hardcore.
