Sent this German idiot a Profanatica/Masacre cd 6+ months ago after he agreed on trading some Malevolent Creation cd against it. Two days after I shipped my part of the deal, the cunt writes me and says he can't seem to find the cd he's supposed to send me (= bullshit, he probably got a money offer for it and changed his mind), hence our trade is cancelled. I'm telling him "ok, send back the cd when it's there". Never heard from him ever since, and needless to say my cd hasn't returned either.

I sent my package to him, but he never sent his to me..

He was accusing me of potentially ripping him off as he said it never arrived..

..and it didn't! ..luckily the package I sent got returned saying it was undeliverable! phew!

you can contact post office in city where this person is and tell them to return your package.you can contact by e-mail or call them.i did that once when i was working in post office and they returned me package but you have to pay shipping for returning package.hope you will get it back, know how stressfull can be dealing with this pricks.

I know someone who was also ripped off by this guy. Pieces of shit like this deserve to rot in jail for playing with poor traders' and collectors' feelings. It sucks when you get all excited that you've found something you really want, only to find out that you're never getting it.

That's actually disgusting! What vermin!! Hope things get sorted for you guys! Not sure, but if you all have proof of what he has ripped you off for (emails etc), can you collate it and contact everywhere he is trading (that you know of) and show what information you have? That would hopefully help others.

Really annoys me as I am quite trusting with traders and have paid by bank transfer at their request or sent money by paypal as a gift (where there is no buyer protection), luckily I have never been screwed around.

Seriously guys, why dont you take REAL action? Germany is not that big... Take a drive to him and take back what is yours. I think the only reasons for these permanent rip-off guys is that no one takes action in reality, just in the www. Violence would say more, i think... Make a stand!
