I'm looking for pop music that is kinda proggy, or the other way around. Some examples are Yes, Genesis, Asia, and the like. Modern stuff like Radiohead, Muse, and the like are also good. Catchy vocals (perhaps with a few harmonies), overall catchy music, but still adhering to progressive tendencies.

Listen to Marillion, maybe you know them for this song, but they have some other more "rockish" songs and they're excellent musicians

Also, Toto have some very prog-styled songs aside from their soft rock radio hits and Steve Lukatheris a killer guitar player
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQeD0xY4qlU (Try to see some live version of this one, it's simply awesome!)

Those are the only ones I recall, but if I remember another one I'll post it

Hope you like them!!!

Spock's Beard. Even on their longer songs, the poppiness just bleeds out everywhere.

The Flower Kings, Gazpacho and Magic Pie are very poppy, check them out.

I find a lot of Rush to be quite catchy.

I always used the lable "progressive pop" to relate to Prefab Sprout, they may fit what you're looking for. I have a strange love/hate relationship with their music; I always hated them as a kid, but they've kind of grown on me in recent years.

Possibly also Talk Talk, for a darker take on the scene.

Marillion with Fish.

;)

Edit: And maybe Fates Warning in their "pop" period (Parallels / Inside Out)? Not catchy enough perhaps / probably?

@Spylu: well spoken, hehe ;) Marillion suits all needs!

Adding Grand Prix and their album "Samurai". Brillant AOR meets slight prog stuff with awesome vocals!

I'm only familiar with the more modern stuff, so here are three bands I enjoy.

Circa Survive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qETYuV-vmg
I the Mighty: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hDl6NStW5Q
Dredg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwCInRJVhwQ

Another modern band I discovered recently: Hetfield and Hetfield. No, it does not have anything to do with Metallica. :P
