I would like to get a better resolution image of the main banner of the site. I'm using the site as an example of a ready reference in an information retrieval class and neeed to create an A0 size poster some a few graphics and then outline what makes the site good as a reference for information.

Would like this image larger is anyone has it.



Ideally it would span the top of the poster or at least be large enough to be centered and visible from about 10 feet away.

Sorry mate, but I'm afraid that's the largest-size copy of the logo there is.

You'll just need to blow up the size of it to fit the poster. Assuming the rest of your class isn't gonna be reading it too closely, the loss in quality shouldn't have much of an impact.

Using the UWM Wave-44x36 template here http://www4.uwm.edu/poster_printing/templates.cfm I think I've made it work. Logo sits up in the top left corner, small enough to not degrade quality at all.

Here's a screenshot that's not terribly good but it's what I have so far. It'll be A0 paper, all the text is 24pt.

I need to fill in more about the Point of View section or add another small evaluation criteria section below it.

Okay, well... erm, while it's good that you were able to find an appropriate use for the logo at its size, this forum really isn't the appropriate place to ask for critique on your assignment. You could try The Tavern, maybe, but the Suggestions & Complains forum is for site-related matters only...

Also, please try and avoid posting massive images where possible. Some users have smaller screens and it's a bit irritating to see everything pushed off to the side. Try and use the [​spoiler​] tag to hide massive images, like so:
