These guys are such a good band to listen too when chilling and just zoning out.. so what I'm after are bands like these guys! a decent mix of growls/screams/cleans (though cleans not 100% mandatory, they are very preferable), beautiful melodic guitar work, and levelling the mix of heaviness and melody quite well.. Also, twin guitar harmonies are an added bonus as well, but it should come with the territory of the genre I suppose haha.. some good examples of what I'm after..

In Mourning are Opeth worship, so I'll give you another Opeth worship band: Ikuinen Kaamos.

Hm... ok. Well, if you like Barren Earth you could check out Dan Swano's solo album Moontower.

So true, especially if you're talking about The Devil's Resolve. ;)

Moonlyght (they're back together now, regardless of what the video description says)

Also, a suprising lot of you Aussies aren't aware of Be'lakor so I'll link them here just in case...

Disillusion's debut, "Back to Times of Splendor" should be right up your alley. Be warned about their second album though, it's absolutely nothing like this one. On there they turned into a kind of progressive industrial band. Weird transition.
