Imagine if when the record is released, we find out that all the info they've been giving us has been an elaborate lie and they just stop posting.

I like how he starts most of his posts with "howdy". Makes me think of him wearing a cowboy hat and spurs.

Perhaps this is just a really really advanced method of spamming us with penis enlargments and new designer shoes.

Most disappointing moment of my life-Seeing that Napero locked Lord Worm's thread and not having a long drawn out rant about it.

To be fair, it wasn't a super shitty thread and was probably just an honest mistake on Lord Worm's part. There's also respect to take into account.

This is actually the first time I see a locked thread re-open. A historic day in the name of Lord Worm.

Things get funny around here when a celebrity posts on the board.

Would have been funny if he had just posted "BWALAWELEWEW" or some other Lord Worm noise as the lock message.

I hadn't noticed it had been locked. But, as was states before, it just devolved into another WE JUST CAIN'T KNOW discussion.

Ningen-Isu's "Hoochie Koo", which came out in 2006, is awesome. I dont expect the remaining 3 albums I havent heard to drop in quality either. WHY DO YOU PEOPLE NOT FAWN OVER THEM AS I DOOOOOOO

Because they're not Sigh. And Sigh has a new album coming out in a couple weeks that blows everything else in the world away.

(they're pretty cool though I admit)

To be honest, Im not sure if I prefer the album version of "Somniphobia" to the Split EP version. The split has that awesome marching section where the triphop sections are in the album version, and the bass on the EP is much more swaggering and ballsy. Amnesia is definitely my favorite track. Fucking monumentally... Sigh.

Someone really ought to perform the Ludovico technique on Crick, with both Ningen-Isu and Senmuth playing.

I love those. They're usually a train wreck and Napero gets to flex his locking muscle.

I remember when Nappy was just an innoccent farm boy itching to discuss his passion for metal with likeminded individuals. I remember simpler times. But years of idiotic threads have turned him into the cynical, hilarious thread locking machine we know and love today. Was it worth it? When is the price to pay too great? We must contemplate existence.

Napero is being worn down by the sands of time. YOU DID THIS! YOU ALL DID THIS! I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY!

And now this.

 No, must be someone else. I love me some Ozzy-era Sabbath. Ningen-Isu just strikes me as dorky, I'm sorry Crick.

Okay, what the FUCK. Im sorry to bring Ningen Isu back up, but I must bring this to your attention guys.

Im assuming most of you know the song Barbara Streisand by Duck Sauce, willingly or not.

For those that don't, here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Io3aSEkG_s&ob=av2n

Anyway. That song was written in 2010. On this Ningen-Isu album, which came out in 2006 and was written in 2005, there is a song that literally has that same melody, note for note, sung just like in that song. WHAT THE FUCK, MIND = BLOWN.

You want your mind blown? The theme song from Bibi & Genevieve (shitty Québec children's show from the early 90's) stole the main melody from the Mötley Crüe song "Public Enemy #1".

Song resemblances are always amusing. Iron Mask and that one Fullmetal Alchemist opening theme? Fun times!

Manes first few demos + first LP are bloody great. I only listen to them every now and then and I really don't know why, because everytime I do, I come to the same conclusion: that they're fucking rad. They remind me a lot of Strid in the way they write melodies, especially stuff like Maanens Natt. Underrated Norwegian act.

Troglodyte, Battlecross, Hatebreed, Goatwhore slayed. First band who's name I didn't catch and band with masks on were merely ok. No further comment.

Re-listened to Absu's s/t today, then Tara. The s/t is awesome, but Tara shits all over it. I really need to check out their earlier stuff soon.

I lost feeling in my right index finger after a knife accident when I was 12-ish but they did some microsurgery on the nerve and it eventually healed. Took years for the feeling to come back properly and it still isn't quite perfect, but it's back to 99% or so.
