Demolition Hammer - Envenomed
Can't get enough of this song, and that ending is so damn windmill inducing it's ridiculous.

Bombastic, free-flying hard rock glory.

Listened to that album yesterday. After hundreds of listens it has never failed to move me. In my top five of all time, no doubt.

Outcast - Awaken the Reason

Positively mind-bending. Fans of technical death/thrash would do well to check this out.

Scream of the Butterfly by Acid Bath. I actually think their songs in this style were the best ones.

Psycroptic - Carriers of the Plague

I really like the riffing here, not much the vocals, they became too predictable :(

Dont blame you. Best death metal album ever!

np Testatment-The New Order

Hardly ever listen to thrash, really have to be in the right mood to do so. Suppose this is good stuff though.

Opeth - Hessian Peel

I like it, but I still don't see what the hype is about in terms of Opeth in general.

felt the same way when i first was checking them out. If you haven't listened to Blackwater Park or My arms, Your Hearse and Deliverance check them out. May be a better place to start. Took me a while to get into them, but it was worth it.

I have a friend who's deeply, deeply into them - He really opened my eyes to how interesting they sound.

Vader - Wolftribe

Never have I had to listen to an album so many times in a row for it to be rewarding... but it IS now.
