Type O Negative - Dead Again
It's the extended edition that comes with a DVD which includes a half an hour concert at Wacken 2007, two videoclips and an interview. Cool shit.

Yes originals...I don't think the Warmaster has been reissued....yet.
The Merciless and the Demigod are both OG presses as well.
They were both recently reissued....the Merciless has different cover art though (Floga)....the Demigod has the same cover but it was done with a horrible color scheme on Xtreme...looks terrible.

Whoa, I hadn't realized they reissued the demos! Is the sound edited in any way(remastering, remixing)? Did they use the master tapes to make the vinyl, or is it just a cassette rip? Also, that Varathron package looks killer!

How much did that copy of Diabolic Serenades cost you, even though vinyl sucks that album is incredible and its always great to see an album by Ancient rites tracked down and purchased.

$35 from my local record store. I'd actually never heard (of) the band before, I'd just seen it in there for a few months and finally decided to get it. Apparently they're fairly good!

As for your anti-vinyl sentiment, nope. c:

I recently acquired Piece of Time in a blind purchase, and I certainly recommend it, as it's an excellent release and worth getting if you enjoy any form of technical and extreme music. Buy it as soon as possible.

got these yesterday:

puny human - revenge is easy [wicked kyuss/spiritual beggars [minus hammond organ] corrosion of conformity sort of deal, glad took a gamble on this one]
human - cadaver academy [nz death metal]
demonized - demonized [pretty sweet blackened/death]
anthrax - live, the island years [wanted this for ages]
avulsed - nullo [the pleasure of self mutilation] [ibex moon release with a few bonus songs, maybe ltd edition? not really my cup of tea]
demon realm - a legend of power [harsh black metal, killer music]
metallica - 6‘ down under ep [it was cheap and i’ve wanted it for a while]
megadeth - hidden treasures [promo] [finally i found an original and it’s a promo copy ha ha]
merciless death - realm of terror [proper thrash/death the other gamble that really paid off]

Just got back from the Goatwhore/Hate Eternal show. Picked up stuff, all from a local band:

War Master-Demo 2010(tape)
War Master-Pyramid of the Necropolis

Also got:
Viraemia-Viraemia EP

On a side note, Cerebral Bore didn't play. Passport problem from what I heard. Sucks.

They're basically complete Jeromes Dream worship, nothing too special, but most of their tapes are only like $2. I've never heard of those other guys you mentioned, I'll have to give 'em a listen.

I can't answer on how it sounds compare to the tapes, but the sound on the vinyl is just amazing. Sounds very clean, and the material is great to!
