Well, excluding the obvious Suidkara, bands like Skiltron and In Extremo make very good use of the bagpipes.

Not exactly bagpipes, but Rotting Christ use a gaida on that fantastic song Nemecic. It sounds similar.

Achren and Graveworm are the only ones I can think of though there are alot of Scottish sounding bands like Cnocantursa, Askival, Ainshval and several otheres if that's what you're after.

depends on the type of bagpipes. for estonian bagpipes, check out metsatöll.
