I found a website that proofs the physical release of a rejected band but when I try to resubmit it it says it can no longer be resubmitted because it is in the blacklist even though the moderator told me to find the proof first and then resubmit it.help!!

Post this in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=64985, and a mod will take them off the blacklist for you
