I agree with Ilwhyan. Goregrind would almost definitely work though.

I was even thinking of making such an album myself, but I have it planned out so perfectly in my mind I don't think I want to attempt it.

It's not a full album but Symphony X's The Odyssey is right up your alley. I know I have about five or six songs written that are a cycle based on the Odyssey though that's meant to be more along the lines of the Fear series by Rush than a real album.
