Maybe Witchfinder General too (even though Resurrected was avarage)

Now this is some great news. Are there any tracks available for listening from Bedemon?
Witchfinder General can do no wrong. As far as Hour of 13 goes, I love everything except the vocals and can't seem to get myself to play Briton Rites a lot for that same reason. Both bands have some killer riffs though.

I'm mainly looking forward to the new Testament, Candlemass, Black Sabbath, Lamb of God, Cannibal Corpse, Autopsy, and probably a whole list of other stuff I can't think of right now.

I do believe that 2011 was an awesome year for metal, and I don't quite think 2012 will be able to top it. I'm planning to dig a little deeper into Black and Doom metal in 2012, and judging by what I've read in this thread, I won't be disappointed.

Also forgot to mention I'd love to see some new Aeon. Path Of Fire will be pretty hard to top, though.

Persuader! It was supposed to be released this year, but it doesn't really look like it will be.
Nocturnal Rites. I still have hope for one of my favourite bands. They are working on it now.
Someone posted Lost Horizon, so then I can fantasize about a Conception reunion album in 2012.

I'm looking forward to:
New Worship album
New Ash Borer album
Fauna - Avifauna
HELL - III
and
Skagos - Ast 2LP

Fauna, Skagos, and HELL were all supposed to be out this winter, so I'm hoping that they aren't delayed too far into 2012.

Herr Morbid was talking up the next Forgotten Tomb as something a lot darker and moving away from the poppy direction the last two albums have been. I'm not sure if that means old style, nor am I sure we can take his word for it, but the bastard has got my interest again.

I'm really looking forward to Goatwhore's Blood For The Master. I really hope now that rumors are circling that Dave Suzuki is back, that Vital Remains makes a new album and it's better the Icons Of Evil and at least on par with Dechristianize.

As I do year after year due to the fact that I know nothing of the band's status, I pray for new Dead Congregation material.
Also, new Nile. I'm mostly dying for Incantation's promised release. I wouldn't mind if Cruciamentum finally put something new out either.

^ Buuuurrrrrrrrrrnn.

I'm absolutely terrible about keeping up with new releases but I will most definitely be picking up Cirith Ungol's Servants of Chaos DVD. What I've seen from it has been amazing.

On the MA list I see new Disgorge, Asphyx, Psycroptic, Death, Eluveitie, Drudkh, Terrorizer and Autopsy releases. That is pretty kick ass if you ask me. Not to mention Down's new one, and the Motorhead boxset. Already shaping out to be a great year. I'm wondering about the new Black Sabbath and Aborted records. Those are definitely the two wildcards. Aborted's last LP and EP's were better than their dry spell they had before. And I'm not sure when the new Sabbath record is coming out, but I am definitely curious to see what the new material from the original members will be like.

Really? Great news there man. Just made prospects for 2012 a lot more interesting.

Also, I don't think anybody's mentionned it yet, but I'm still waiting for new Anata. The Conductor's Departure still gets regular spins in my car.

New Gorguts, Pagan Altar, Revelation, Watchtower, Powermad, Azrael (Fuckin stoked for this one), Sigh are at the top of my list as well and there are probably many others I'm forgetting.

A new Mercyful Fate release would make my fucking decade.

It will be interesting to see how the new Graveland turns out. I dont really have high expectations, but its definitely going to be an album I'll check out, for better or for worse.
