yup, that was pretty good. Thematically, and a bit musically, this reminds me of Kommandant.

It seems Anaal Nathrakh finally has a worthy successor. Tall words, I know, but this is fucking brutal.

I thought it was quite good will definately be picking up the album, as others have said similar to Anaal Nathrakh and also a bit of Axis of Perdition (first album) in there, good times!!

The song "Violence is golden" was only the intro song of the album.
Now on myspace, the 6th song on the upcoming album ( song name " the Sorrow children at the mourningside" ) is availlable. You will more see the feelings of the album.

I feel like this would be really badass if there was a real drummer...or at the very least not a shitty sounding drum machine. I'm not just anti-drum machine totally either, usually though. But that drum machine sounds weak.

That's great. Too bad it's not what Im talking about at all. If someone did not know that Lord Worm was in this band, and just saw a fucking generic Old English font and black and white photo, would they be particularly drawn to it? No, because theres fucking tons of those out there.

Not to drag this back from the depths of hell, but I agree. That's what I said above: If he simply meant that he wouldn't pick it off the shelf randomly, then I understand his point. But he said he would "never ever buy an album looking like that in the year of 2011." That blanket statement seemed ridiculous to me. Apparently, Horus meant that he wouldn't buy the album randomly (judging from the fact that he agreed with you above), but it wasn't clear from his initial statement that this is what he meant.

I very much liked the song Violence is Golden, however, I was listening to Bathory the other day and I found out something funny.

Rage Nucleaire:

Bathory:

Alvater, what is your answer to this?

interesting, I hadn't noticed that. . . but then again I haven't listened to Bathory in like a year so.

the melody in that Bathory song sounds strikingly similar to the main riff to Violence is Golden.

maybe, but I still noticed it. . . . anyways it doesn't make Alvater's music any less face-fuckingingly rifftastic

If it isn't a coincidence, I think it would be meant as more of a tribute to Bathory than an imitation. It's a fuckin sweet melody regardless.

Nothing changes the fact that the riff is fucking awesome. I've always wanted someone to make an actual song out of it, anyway. Still, it is a blatant replication of Bathory's melody. Well, who knows where Bathory stole it from.

I'm not tone deaf, I listen to it every time with "A Fine Day to Die," I listened to it again now, and I'm sticking with my previous statements.

Its only a coincidence...But if everyboby in metal scene now don't do some riff because two note looking similar to something else, nobody will do some music no more.......its over saturated.....We are trying to be different, but note still note, we can't invent it......In my point of view, the melody is not identical....But l don't realy care, its Bathory.....if someone told me one of our riff sound like Britney Spears or that kind of shit i probably shoot myself...but 1 or two riff a bit like Bathory....ok....And for people who care, we are working right now with a drummer from sweden for put real drum in the album....thats why its longer as supposed to be to released the album.....Prepare to fucking brutality.
I will give news in a couple of weeks, because all the album was records, an we are trying to fit all this will real drum tracks....so its a big works.

Fuck yeah. Really enjoyed what I've heard so far, looking forward to hearing the album.

And yeah, those riffs are very simillar, but I think something like that often happens through cryptomnesia or coincidence. Either way, the song still rips.

HUZZAH! A real drummer! And finally a new update in this thread. I've been checking here and the official Myspace for updates almost religiously. This is my last really highly anticipated release that I've been looking forward to this year.

What if the news is incorrect at the headline and we are unable to see? The obligation of a news correspondent is to be present instantly and straight get to the conclusion of recapturing the incident. News cannot be manufactured but only to be introduce and then to wait on, for the consequences to happen.

He's probably just a spammer, advertising for a news site. Just look at the link in his/her/its signature.
