Twilight Amaranthine off of Clarion Call. Great song too, one of my favorites of the funeral doom genre.

This is kinda offtopic, but what's this album? OBVIOUSLY, I drew this image in 5 seconds, because I couldn't find the original one...
http://i556.photobucket.com/albums/ss6/ ... grwlol.jpg
But it's similar to that, and I have no idea what kind of music it was, because I didn't even listen it, so... yeah. It's been bothering me for years, so it'd be nice to know what the album is. :P

This is pretty good. Anyone have an idea? It sounds a lot like Mutilage.

Closest I can think of is Negura Bunget's Om.

I wonder who the author of the first 23 seconds of this song is. Don't let the file name and the rest of the song confuse you. Somehow two different songs got merged together.

Thank you ! Had I not read your reply, I would have never thought the track to be by Unleashed.

Glad I could be of help, DeathFog. Listen to the sample again, however short, it's unmistakably Johnny's voice.

I know that the band playing in this video is Avenger (UK)...
But what's the title of the song they are playing here? I don't think they really wrote it, so what band originally wrote this track?

What song is this that is playing in the background of Billy Nocera's grunting?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbSjPCgHuEo#t=0m48s

Thanks

Edit: Figured out it is a version of Obituary's Body Bag. Thought the vocals sounded a bit like John Tardy.

This isn't metal, but I'm sure one of you knows the name of this famous opera piece.

Can anyone pleease help with this song:
http://www.4shared.com/audio/wED8ZYlK/FG_80s_Metal_ID.html

It is a short clip of a metal track played on the TV show 'Freaks & Geeks' which is set in the 80's, thus the song was also presumably released in the 80's.

Thanks a heap if anyone can help me out.

Anyone knows the song playing at 4:45?

EDIT: I've already checked the comments below the video, no need to do that.

EDIT 2:
Quote:
When I was little, an older friend of mine gave me a black metal album to listen to. From what I can remember, it must have been a concept album, based on the creation of life, and eventually, the destruction of it. The first track started with lightning and other loud noises, symbolizing the beginning of life and the last track ended with people running and screaming. It may be the exact opposite, but I don't think it matters. So, which album could it be?

That's what I posted in the Black Metal Help Thread, but it seems to me it's pretty inactive.

Hello,

I recorded this song back in '94 on a local radio station (this was good ol' time... Anyway, it gives the only clue : it must be previous to summer 94) and now I'm just starving to know which band it is, in order to buy it.. As I obviously forgot to record its name...

Here is the mp3

Which is the song when you go to the Wacken panorama page, the first slide, please?

http://panorama.wacken.com/

Just press "click to open" and wait a while until the first slide with "welcome metalheads" has opened.

What is this song? I'm quite sure it's an existing song that's been converted into synth-y shit.

one time I heard a cover of megadeth's "of mice and men" on the radio outside on the bus... somewhere in Arizona!!!
at first I was like.. cool.. its megadeth, but then it was like some generic emo/alternative crap the others would listen to at my middle school... if someone could find who did this horrendous cover let me know... so I can go shank em'!

There's a brutal death/slam band that samples Star Wars: Attack of the Clones in one of their songs. Anakin's line ".. I killed them. I killed them all." Does anyone know what it is?

EDIT: Found it after some serious google digging.
