Hi. I'm looking for a band that incorperates the heaviness of the Volume 4 album by Black Sabbath with the psychedelic sound/vibe of Syd Barret era Pink Floyd. I have already discovered psychedelic metal bands like The Men of Porn, but not much else. Any reccomendation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Paul Chain and Revelation are the gods of psychedelic doom. You should hit them up. Particularly Revelation's latest release aptly titled Release.

Tiamat's Wildhoney can be pretty psychedelic, and is kind of death/doom I guess.

The first thing you should do is go buy/download/whatever Like Black Holes in the Sky, a tribute to Syd Barrett featuring several metal bands (including Kylesa, Intronaut, Stinking Lizaveta, and Pentagram).

There are a number of sludge and doom bands that do almost exactly what you're talking about.

Zoroaster - A doom/sludge band who also incorporates some spacey guitar effects and passages.

Kylesa - Started out as a crust band, but have evolved to be sludgier and more psychedelic. To Walk a Middle Course would probably be the best album for what you're looking for.

Stinking Lizaveta - An instrumental doom/psychedelic/jazz metal trio.

The whole post-metal genre/movement - Isis, Neurosis, Zodiak, Cult of Luna, Pelican, Burst, Intronaut, etc. Zodiak is probably the closest to what you're looking for, but all of these bands definitely have features from both doom and psychedelic music.
