Yes. Looking for the good, epic, black or death metal like Dissection, Wintersun, Behemoth, Svartsot, Burzum, Nokturnal Mortum, Eluvitie, and Winds of Plague.

Well, similar and even better than Behemoth is Belphegor.

If you like Winds Of Plague you will like Born Of Osiris.

Somewhat like Dissection is Sworn (Arm).

Heaven Shall Burn (Super heavy, crushing and very "ancient war" sounding melodic death metal. Very epic and I highly recommend.)
Fleshgod Apocalypse (Epic and very fast technical death metal)

Sacramentum should be mentioned since you have listed Dissection.

Graveland is a well known one that you should at least check out if you have not already. Rob Darken really went after Bathory's epic pagan metal direction. Here is a song from Creed of Iron which is where Darken really began to move in that direction of long winded songs, but still retains a heaviness and some black metal aesthetic.

Apotheosis is an interesting one you should check out. If I remember correctly it is a solo project. There is a lot going on here with long songs that are symphonic black metal and quite thrashy at times and epic.

Nails of Imposition is pretty epic, with some good technicality.

Ribspreader might be of interest too.

Though you're looking for death metal bands I see that most of the bands you've mention are influenced by Black Metal,so I'm gonna recommend you a Black/Viking Metal band that I think that may have some of what you're looking for:Enslaved.

Does Symphonic Death metal fit the bill? If so, I have some nice treats.
Ex Deo is really cool. They embody ancient Roman militaristic atmosphere and sing about Roman history.

Songs:

Dark Lunacy is also quite good.

Here is some songs of theirs:

As for Melodic Death metal like Wintersun, you should try Whispered. Think symphonic Melodeath with feudal Japanese instruments and themes. Here's their page: http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Whispered/74805
Here are some of their songs I like a lot.

This thread needs some ade, it's like if nile and decapitated had a baby and did songs about ancient rome:

Sulphur Aeon too, think of a more epic and melodic incantation:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvSUDEuTBtA

That band is just not for me. I hear the Decapitated sound, but there is WAY too much of a djent element in it for me.

Most of these are really obvious, but you cast kind of wide net =/. I'll focus on epic death metal since there's so much epic black/folk/viking metal you should probably just go into the general threads and you'll get swamped with stuff.

God Dethroned - Epic melodic black/death type stuff:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bWrqxoJyak

Hail of Bullets - Ugly, doomy death metal with martin van druren on vocals with lyrics about WWII that are pretty easy to decipher:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4qAa8Wufcw

Melechesh - Groovy middle eastern blackened death metal:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISU_82MnMoY

Scarab - Think nile without the technical stuff:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0j4VL1HPuc

Stargazer - Distant, technical black/death with a bit of a majestic vibe:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IA8hQTN4i70

Finsterforst. Think a more serious Eluveitie crossed with a Wintersun that shows some tasteful restraint.
