The question is what do you mean with similar and how similar.

1.Something made of lots of 30 second pieces:
-I guess there is not something like this a second time.

2.Varied Avant-Garde Black Metal with lots of keyboards and stuff:
Vindsvals "Imperium Grotesque" could be interesting, since it's more keyboard-interludes than songs. In my opinion the interludes are really interesting.
Their second album "The Great Maddening" is also very varied and has lots of keys.
However their songs are quite long.

Morgul's "The Horror Grandeur" could be fitting. It has symphonic as well as industrial parts. Songs like "The Murdering Mind" have multiple changes in the instrumentation, thus you could see this as many parts like on Death's Design.

That was the closest I could think of.
