I'm looking for kickass Pagan Black Metal that has at least one of these: flute, acoustic guitar, and violin. It has to be kind of folky as well, so folk black metal. Some examples are Eluvitie, Bornholm, Temnozor, Nokturnal Mortem, and Cruachan. Thanks.

Check out Kroda, you seem to enjoy that eastern european sound.

Or try Black Messiah for northern sounding stuff.

Adorned Brood and Skyforger are a couple of good bands that like to use the flute.

Oh, forgot to add XIV Dark Centuries. Another great band.

Borknagar's "The Olden Domain" has a fairly solid (though somewhat sparse) use of an acoustic guitar throughout, and definitely has a "pagan" feel.

Check out Askival. They're an aweome band who aren't very well known yet and deserve more attention. It's really epic pagan black metal with a pretty big folk influence, including folk interludes. It has acoustic guitar, bass and tin whistle in the way of folk instruments. This description is for the first full length - the previous demo was a much rawer, Burzum-esque style.

Check out Heol Telwen, they are one of the folkiest black metal bands ever.
The songs contain lots of bagpipes, flutes and bombards(some kind of piercing oboe predecessor).

Seriously, fantastic band. Their second album is pretty much the greatest folk metal album ever.

Dark Medieval Times is a must. Of course, you've likely already heard it.

Wow, that sounds really good. Checking them out for sure.

Askival sounds nice as well. Bah, all these new obscure bands I like and not enough money.

Forgot about these guys, and I heartily second this rec. They're a folk metal band that actually concentrate on the metal (while tastefully including the folk instruments i.e not overdoing it)

This is debatable, but Falkenbach's work.
