What exactly is the point of this thread?

If it's about the whole them not being on the archives, clearly the higher ups don't think they're metal. Personally I think that the newest one is more than metal enough, but what can you do eh?.

Either way, they basically suck, and always have sucked.

There are no fans here. None, not one.

Not knowing what Soulfly is, I googled them and found out that Max Cavalera left Sepultura. I never knew that. I listened to a few songs on youtube and I have to say that I'm not a fan.

Just to give an idea of how far down Slayer fell before making a comeback: About 8 years ago, they opened FOR Soulfly. Opened for, not with. The advert showcased their special guest slot in letter case half the size and beneath of the main band Soulfly's logo. At least that was the case when they played in my town. I could not believe that shit.

You've been living under a rock.

Soulfly is terrible. Newer Sepultura is terrible. It's unfortunate because I loved Sepultura when I was in high school.
