I've started to redo mine (before it was rather bad...things weren't even sewn on straight) and here is what I have so far:

Yes, it's Aria.

It's not so much that the patches are "rare", it's just that you don't see so many people with them around here, I guess. But...meh, I just nabbed patches of bands I really like.

That Iron Angel patch was glorious when I got it.

That's a really fucking cool Manowar and Iron Angel patch! I have the same Morbid Saint one also.

I should be getting the final touches done on my jacket in the next coming week and I'll post a picture, I'm quite proud.

I have a Forbidden back patch similar to that Iron Angel one (in size, I mean).

I made the Manowar one myself. Originally, it was a backpatch, with the Manowar logo and the hammer from the cover of "Sign of the Hammer", however...it was really poorly done, so I've made the two into separate patches and I'm looking around for which back patch I'd like.

I love that Manowar patch too. Really nice job on it!

Thanks, but I'm not so sure I agree. Just take a look at the "o".

It's still pretty damn good, despite the very few and minor details I noticed. That's great shit if you made it yourself, props to you. I'd love to find a Manowar patch for cheap but sadly, I cannot.

I'm at least proud of myself that I own an Iced Earth, Toxik, Morbid Saint (same as yours) and a couple others.

Where do you even go about getting a Toxik patch?

It was the rest of the Manowar patch I made. It was the Manowar logo at top and then the hammer from the cover of "Sign of the Hammer" below...however, I made it kind of crooked, so it looked like crap. Therefore I cut the two into separate patches.

I think I've seen this vest before. Were you at Pagan Knights on 3/27 at Sonar?

I also saw this this particular vest at the glorious Pagan Knights tour stop at Sonar on 3/27. Blashyrkh, were you the one with the warpaint on your face?

what do you guys use for your patches? fabric glue, sewing machines, or sewing it by hand? I've sown a few of mine, but it looks like chicken scratch shit. I've been thinking about either using fabric glues (recommendations please) or maybe a few safety pins.

Off The Abyss Records site, best place I've come across for patches thus far.

And, holy shit! A fucking Rigor Mortis patch, where the hell did you get that?! I'd kill to get one, love that band.

Yeah, it's best to just hand sew it, in my opinion.

I only have a couple more to put on (Vlad Tepes, Sadistik Exekution, a few others).

I also might switch out the Bathory patch for a Beherit one.

But Bathory is too sweet to get rid off. just put the Beherit under it (considering if there's room). your jacket's looking nice either way.

I got a question for you all. I saw this real cool leather vest recently, and I want to buy it and stArt putting patches on it. However, is it difficult to sew through leather because it's a tough material? And if so, can anyone recommend a better way to attach patches to it?
