I recently mailed Tomas Corn about the new album. He said that Lykathe will just be a studio project as they have no interest in playing live. Most of the songs are already composed and they are currently looking for a singer (probably session singer according to Tomas). The only thing he mentioned about the sound of the album is that it will incorporate more singing and less growling.

I enjoyed "Elvenfris", not album of the century or anything, but still a very good piece of work. However, it's getting to the point where I don't even care if they release another album.

I'm not a huge fan o Lykathea Aflame, but more singing and less growling surely sounds interesting! Looking forward to hear!

I wish they still went under the name Lykathea Aflame, my last fm will be more disorganized
But I would be happy if they got rid of some more of the grind elements and made it more progressive.

Duke Nukem Forever was going to be bundled with Chinese Democracy, but since Axl is such an asshole, he decided to off the agreement. Now Lykathe is negotiating the issue.

That's what I used to tell a friend of mine, anyway.

Regarding the release of Wintersun's Time, I would place money on it being released this year.

I think Elvenfris is one of the best albums in death metal, unfortunately the sound could have been better. I hope they stick with the growling, preferably the same brutal style, that was awesome.
