Ok, Pete did a live tour and I'd like to know if he has lined something new up, like new songs or another live tour...

I think there's supposed to be a new album.
Also, what's going on with the Exumer reunion?

Pete said that if there was a third Carnivore album, it would probably be industrial-tinged, and I believe him, since they obviously were trying to go in a different direction with each recording. It probably wouldn't be my cup of tea, as much as I love the first two.

I went to three of the "reunion" shows and I thought they were lame....Carnivore wasn't even carnivore, but Rather Pete Steele playing with random musicians...I don't know about you, but that's not much of a reunion. I know Keith Alexander died, but it still left room for Marc and Louie to play in the band. Instrumentally, the show was pretty good, but it still wasn't Carnivore.

As for reunions, I think Carnivore is done. I doubt there will be another Carnivore album. From crossover thrash to Industrial? The industrial stuff would fit in better with Type O.

Well, I think the "industrial" plan was bandied about when Carnivore was still around in the 80s, although I'm not sure about that. Too bad about the reunion shows .. II really wanted to see one of those but didn't get teh chance.

I never cared for Carnivore, except a song here and there.

I think I rather carnivore not release an album. Just tour so that I can hear all of my favorite songs.

Does anyone know the reason for not inviting the old guys (besides Keith, obviously) back for the reunion?

My guess is Pete being a pretentious asshole? Or maybe the original band members woudln't want to do a show without Keith Alexander..who knows.
