It gives me a fucking headache but you'd be alright in a deathcore band.

Those pig squeels need some serious work. In general, pig squeels aren't that horrid if you show some skill with them, and use them very sparingly such as you did, but don't go for such a high pitch when you do them. Work on giving them some deepness and heat behind it, not just a high-pitched whistle-blow like you did.

Also, try to enunciate your words better when using your deep death growls - this whole fad of slurred, sloppy fucking vocals half-ruins the music - it doesn't add anything, it just makes you look, well, sloppy. Maybe just stick to your mid-range a bit more, or work on your deeper vocals and how you enunciate your words.

Other than that, good job for deathcore-style vocals

yeah well i usually only do a squeal when a word ends to a long E sound, but this is a tryout for a band that needed a vocalist and thats how they wanted it. I woulda done it differently. i never use so many pigsqueals at one time. keep in mind it would not be so high pitched in a real mic but the pc mic made it sound like that.

thanks for the tips on the growling ^_^
