Pull the Plug was the first death metal song I ever learned to play. It's a lot of fun too.

Flattening of Emotions has some pretty easy riffage, but the solos are a bit more complicated.

Lack of Comprehension is pretty easy to play and sounds amazing at the same time.

Flesh and the Power it Holds is relatively easy.

"Altering the Future" off "Spiritual Healing" is a great, heavy song to learn..and its easy!

The opening riff always gets me with its doomy feel.

The rhythm part on "Spirit Crusher" and "Bite The Pain" off "Perserverance" are good for building up skills too, especially wrist and finger endurance.

"Crystal Mountain" is very easy. I also recommend "The Flesh and the Power it Holds'.
