Western Pennsylvanian Black/Death band Vitandus (Pittsburgh). Formed as a trio in late 2011, its' debut release "Macabre Incarnate" was unleashed in February 2012. Working with limitations such as age limitations (all members were under 19 at it's inception), distance of members (500 miles), and no consistent third member, in the first year of its existence Vitandus managed to gain a somewhat steady local following in Pittsburgh, while gaining small amounts of fans from all corners of the world. In the summer of 2012, writing began for their first full length release, which is scheduled to be recorded in the first half of 2013. Vitandus embrace an old school underground mentality, with a resistance to conformity and bullshit gimmicks topped off with a "fuck you" attitude and a desire to create the most hateful, no bullshit black/death metal it possibly can.
