I know Power Metal is not the Elitist's cup of tea, but if anyone can help that'll be great :D
Preferably something I can find tabbed out online and I do have guitar pro.

Most power metal riffs are easy peasy, and most power metal solos are sons of bitches. :-D

Try some Nocturnal Rites, Hammerfall or Rhapsody.

Exactly. Blind Guardian's "Welcome to Dying" is fun and easy, but the solo is fairly tricky, and that's one of Olbrich's easier solos.

EDIT: A good song to learn is Grave Digger's Rebellion. Good picking exercise in the verses, and the solo isn't all that hard.

Most Grave Digger songs are fairly easy to play.

Can't believe I didn't think of Grave Digger. The song is pretty simple, thanks a lot :D

Rhapsody isn't easy to play by any means, I'd have crack at their tunes when you get advanced. I recommend learning the first Blind Guardian album. Most things you will need to know about Power Metal can be found in that amazing record.

I´d go for Hammerfall. Great riffs.

I'll second this one, Hammerfall have some great tunes to learn to pick up some knowledge of harmonies, and to increase your alternate picking skills. They have some fun solos to practice as well.
