Anyway, I am just wanting to get some opinions on the mixing on our song, "Pestifer". We have got it EQ'd, and we are getting ready to do the final mixing. We are trying to go with a mix that provides clarity without sacrificing atmosphere. Also, we are are considering adding an echo chamber effect. Finally, the link is in my signature.

i like it.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the advice, and I'm glad that you like it.

Good shit man! Nice one.

Here's a few recommendations:

The cymbals that come in from 1:49 til about 2:00 are way too high in the mix. Also the cymbals from 1:33 to 1:48 are a little loud, not by quite so much.

Try bringing the bass up in the mix, as someone's already suggested.

You could do with taking a little bit of low end off both the main and second vocal (the one that comes in at 4:36). The second vocal is a bit high in the mix when it comes in, and it could do with a bit of delay and/or reverb.

Great Bathory cover by the way!

Alright, will definitely look into that with the drums. Also, I hear what you are talking about in the vocals, and will try to adjust them accordingly. Finally, thanks for the complements!
