So I'm confused. On the first link I'm using only falsetto and on the second link only head voice right? I saw a video about the vocal cords disconnecting and stuff but really didn't get it. What's what?

The recording quality is rather meh, but if it is to be trusted, you're overdarkening on the second one, most likely by pushing back with the root of your tongue. Not a healthy thing to do in the long run.
Then, unfortunately, there is a pretty serious issue of inadequate breath support, and there may be jaw tension problems as well (hard to tell from these recordings, again, but if you have issues with resonance/projection IRL, it's one of the reasons; it will also contribute to intonation issues, but probably not as much as the lack of breath support).
Do you have a teacher around or are you teaching yourself?

I started doing exercises 4 months ago by myself and I watch videos from the internet. Yes in the second recording I do push my tongue back, because I assumed I have to imitate the sound the vocal coaches do on the video for the exercise to work. On both recordings, I have/feel no strain with my voice. I mostly aim for a chest voice that can reach high notes, because I don't like using head voice. I als like doing low note excercises to try and have a low register like Geoff tate. The exercises have helped me discover my head voice and through them I have learned lots of riffs and runs. But I will not use the overdarken thing because it sounds kind of stupid even if I'm loud.

In the beginning, especially if you're young (like, thirty or below), it's possible to feel okay using techniques that are not that healthy, but over the years, there may be problems.
And another thing about being relatively young is that with age, some cartilage in the larynx begins to turn into bone, and some unhealthy techniques simply stop working :)

So, the exercises that you work with, do they include specific exercises for the body that are aimed at building support and anchoring? It's really the foundation of everything, especially if you want powerful well-blended high notes, be it belting or mixed voice.
If you can get Jeannie Deva's Contemporary Vocalist (vol. 1 is enough), she has there quite a solid method of ensuring breath support "just works" once you get the gist of it. Anchoring, though, there's more to it than that, and it's often kind of glossed over, even if you have a teacher, but it does make a difference.

Well I watch videos from Jacob's vocal academy and Aussie Vocal Coach and they do have excercises that include Agility, Voice dynamics(crescendo, De-crescendo), nasality, breathing. As long as the middle body goes, no I haven't seen any excercises that include the diaphragmic-mucle. Also I'm mostly looking for vocal power. I want to sound louder and in key.

The whole point is that the diaphragm will do its job "automagically" if you control the muscles in your rib cage and lower back. There's a good explanation and a basic exercise here: https://singalexander.wordpress.com/201 ... r-singing/

Basically it's like... it's telling yourself "don't exhale". Have you seen the "ssssss" exercises, where you're supposed to produce a continuous hiss for as long as you can? Very often it's not explained what's the point, and it's all about keeping the airflow steady - and you should not be trying to exhale. You should be preventing the air from going out too fast by keeping the ribcage "expanded".

There's also that "stomach vacuum" thing that bodybuilders do, it's when you breathe out fully, tighten your abdominal muscles so as to pull the abs as close to the spine as possible, and hold as long as you can. The ribcage and lower back get expanded this way, and it's also a way to train those muscles.

Loudness comes from resonance, which comes from placement, anchoring and the right airflow. The right airflow is absolutely essential for precise intonation as well. And airflow is what you manage by breath support.

interstellar is giving some good advice here. What I hear in those audio files is straining because you're fighting against an elevated larynx, byproduct of the lack of appoggio.
If you're serious about singing then all I can say is that going solo will do you no good, get the best teacher you can afford.

Thanks for your time dedication. I'll try to fix my breathing technique for more endurance and less strain. As long as the first comment goes I got the answer found out by myself.
