The Drumwork was pretty solid, but I would prefer a bit more double bass+tom fills thrown in

The vocals remind me of motorhead so much it isn't even funny

Guitar riffs were bland, just bland

Vocals like Lemmy? Your kidding...

And about riffs we like power chords, we wont do anything technical

Sounds pretty solid to me, some cool crust-ish vocals and catchy riffs. Don't see the comparison to Lemmy either, haha. But that said, I liked the faster part about 2 minutes in. Some of the more mid-paced stuff could have used a bit more variation in the riffs, but I really like this and would buy a CD of it.

Playing a good live show is better.

ok thats cool

We are not going for a certain genre so I can understand why most people will reject this like shit maybe just because they probably want another Bathory/Slayer/Judas Priest/Whatever clone.
And we have expected people to react that way so we are not the sligthly suprised.

One who said he liked this even said he hated 99% percent of all modern metal just because everything sounds the same

And I think the diversity in the Lector songs can come from that I'm more into old school heavy/speed metal, and our bass player is into black metal and the guitar/singer is into old 70s rock music like Thin Lizzy and stuff like that.
