I don't have any microphones or anything, so I have to plug straight into the PC via a small analogue --> digital converter and then add distortion etc afterwards.

But I did want industrial elements within as well

The first minute was alright but after that i really started to get into it if you got a better way to record it that would help.

Lyrics:

Like the wind
I fail to whisper
Now I drown
In Water
Bring me the life that you live
Restless soul
All I have to give
A memory
A picture of the past

We still see without eyes
Judge me Take me
I'm just your image reflected
Help me Free me
My soul unjustified
My life Complete
Death at my own hands
Staring into the abyss

Tears of the waterfall
Carved by man
Moved by time
But time is at an end
Hourglass
The planets collide
Scarred by thunder
The wrath of nature
Bring me the life that you live
Restless soul
All I have to give
A memory
A picture of the past

We have seen the errors of your way
Rest inside
Put the world in flames
Return to dust

My hearts on fire
Tears are the answer
Great protector
Where are you now

We have seen the world fall out of the sky
The waterfall falling away from
Everything we kept close to ourselves
Is going into the abyss
Life
Life is over

No tomorrow
The darkness wins
Judgement
Pay for your sins

The fast-paced black metal parts sound like a Mario soundtrack gone wild. This might be a pretty good song if it was properly recorded.

I'll see what I can do about guitars for any more recordings (done 2, will stick the other up soon), but any opinions on vocals?

Put less distortion and more effort in.

less distortion on guitars or vocals? Because there's no distortion on vocals.
