Computer + Software (Cubase?) + Decent soundcard (Focusrite Saffire?) + Decent mics (SM57, SM7b, MD421, sE3300, sE4 and ALOT more too choose from) + Good monitors (Adam A7, KRK) = good quality

At least in theory. It all depends on how you use it.

That's a solid list.

I'd also suggest Reaper as a software, Presonus gear for a soundcard, and Sennheiser e906 for the guitars. Audix for drum mics.
