Do you draw picture on paper and then work on it with programs like photoshop or what?

Yes, I do. I start by drawing on paper, scan the image in and then spice it up with photoshop.

Very nice stuff, do you charge or are you doing stuff for bands for free?

If I charge it will be for a small, inexpensive fee. It depends on the piece... how much goes into it.
