Hello , anyone vouch for ugritone ampenstein how good is it ? Anyone recommend any other guitar vst that works well ?

Ugritone’s (and most software/VSTs you use probably, if you ever care to read it) TOS forbid you from reselling or trading your license. If you haven’t had it for too long you can ask for a non-satisfaction refund.
If the time window to do that is past, you’re (legally) screwed. At that point, if you still want to sell it, you’d be doing something illegal, case in which it’s easier to ask oneself why not just go the whole way through and get a pirated copy of what you want.

Go with Bogren's AmpKnob. Easy to use and does the thing.
